Shipping Policy

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email contains your order summary and all relevant details.

As soon as your order is processed for shipment, you will receive a second email with tracking information. This notification confirms the acceptance of your order and constitutes a legally binding sales agreement between you and ERRER, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate shipping notifications, each of which will form a separate contract.

 

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are prepared within a maximum of 5 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed starting on the next business day.

When items are in stock, the processing and shipping time is approximately one week.

If an item is not immediately available, additional time may be required before shipment. In this case, relevant information will be specified on the product page or communicated by email.

All orders are shipped from Paris, France.

France: 1–2 business days

Europe: up to 5 business days

International: up to 10 business days
