SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has been confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email summarizes your order and includes all essential information related to it.

As soon as your order is processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing tracking information. This notification confirms the acceptance of your order and constitutes a legally binding sales agreement between you and TOUCHGRASS, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, separate emails may be sent for each shipment, each constituting an independent contractual agreement.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are prepared within a maximum of 5 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.

When items are in stock, the processing and shipping time is approximately one week.

If an item is not immediately available, additional time may be required before shipment. In such cases, relevant information will be specified on the product page or communicated via email.

All orders are shipped from Paris, France.

Europe: up to 5 business days
