Refunds & Returns Policy
Order Confirmation
All orders placed on the Site are considered final once confirmed. Cancellation requests may only be accepted in accordance with our return policy.
If, for exceptional reasons, ERRER must refuse or cancel an order, all payments made will be fully refunded. In this case, no contractual relationship will be formed between the customer and the brand.
For pre-order items, specific information is provided directly on the product page. Orders are generally shipped three to four weeks after purchase.
A pre-order may be cancelled within seven (7) days after confirmation. For any questions or requests, our customer service team is available at: errerinfo@gmail.com.
All completed orders are non-refundable.
Exchanges are available only for deliveries within Europe, within 14 days of receipt, provided items are returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Order Changes
If you need to modify your order (size, item, or information), please contact our customer service as soon as possible at errerinfo@gmail.com.
Changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.
Cancellations
Once the order has been shipped and a shipping confirmation has been sent, no cancellation will be accepted.
